KonnektAI Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-08.
Courtesy translation; in case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
What changed since version 2026-10-01: nothing in these terms; the version moves together with that of the privacy policy, which gained sections 4.1 and 4.2 (the same, in English) about Google Calendar — the two are accepted together.
1. Who we are and to whom these terms apply
KonnektAI is an automated customer service offered by Enough Solutions ("Enough", "we"). It answers a clinic's patients on WhatsApp and other channels and, when the clinic uses a management system, checks and books appointments in it.
These terms apply to you, a member of a contracting party's team (the clinic or business that hired KonnektAI) who has been given access to the platform. The commercial contract between Enough and the contracting party is a separate document and prevails over these terms in what is specific to it.
2. Your account
- The account is personal. Do not share the password or the second factor; whoever acts with your account acts on your behalf.
- Access is granted by the contracting party, which defines the profiles and may suspend or remove your link at any time.
- Your administrative acts (creating and changing records, connecting channels, changing permissions) are recorded in an audit trail, with date, time, origin and what changed. The trail exists for accountability and to investigate incidents.
3. What you may and may not do
You may use KonnektAI for the contracting party's customer service, within the permissions you received. You may not:
- try to access another contracting party's data or bypass the permissions;
- enter unlawful content into the platform, or personal data without a legal basis for it;
- use the product to send unsolicited bulk messages;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Patient data
In the conversations with patients, the contracting party is the controller of the data, and Enough acts as processor, processing the data only to provide the service and according to the contracting party's instructions. You process this data on behalf of the contracting party, and must do so only for customer service. Patients' requests about their data are addressed to the contracting party, and Enough carries them out at its request.
How we process your account data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Artificial intelligence
Parts of the service use third-party language models. What these models may and may not generate is limited by the contracting party's configuration and by the product's safeguards; health and price answers come from content curated by the contracting party, not from free generation. The excerpt of the conversation that goes to the AI provider is the minimum necessary, under a no-retention, no-training contract.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it depends on third parties (channel, AI and cloud providers) and may have interruptions. We may change the product to improve it or because the law requires it. Changes to these terms create a new version, which you will need to accept to keep using it.
7. Termination
When the contracting party ends the contract or removes your link, your access to that contracting party ends. You may request the deletion of your account; it anonymizes your personal data and preserves the record of acts in the audit trail, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
